Once your order is confirmed, it will ship from either our Spanish or U.S. workshop within 72 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. If your order includes items from both locations, they may ship separately. We’ll email you a tracking number for each package as soon as it’s on the way.
Shipping options vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Depending on item availability, your order may ship from Spain or the U.S., and items from different locations may be shipped separately.
If your parcel ships from Spain, it will be sent via Correos direct air service and typically arrives within 7–9 business days. You’ll receive a destination-country tracking number by email. It is normal for tracking to show limited updates while the parcel is in international transit. Tracking scans usually begin once the parcel arrives in your country and clears customs, which in most cases takes about 2–3 days.
If your parcel ships from the U.S., it will be sent via an international service offered by a U.S. carrier. A tracking number will be emailed once the package has been dispatched, and transit time will vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Customs & Duties: To provide a seamless shopping experience, we take full responsibility for all customs duties and taxes on the packages we send to you. As a customer, you will not be required to pay any customs fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

Please note: If you would like to exchange a product, you must first return the original item to us in Spain. Once the return has been received, we can send out the replacement.
- The item must have been purchased directly from our official website and returned in its original, unopened packaging with all contents included.
- Items showing any signs of wear (for example, clip scratches on a knife) cannot be accepted.
- After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Return shipping costs and any applicable duty fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
How to return an item
- Pack the item in its original packaging and, if possible, in the original shipping box.
- Include the original packing slip or invoice, along with a brief note stating the reason for the return.
- Ship the return to the address that applies to your case.
Please note that whether you are requesting a return or an exchange, you must contact us by email first in order to receive the proper instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide their own return shipping label unless the product is confirmed to be defective. Please also note that we do not cover any customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred on returned packages. Any such charges arising from the return shipment remain the sole responsibility of the customer and, if unpaid, will be deducted from the final refund amount. No restocking fees will be applied.

If you selected FedEx or UPS Express shipping, the tracking number may sometimes take up to a week to become active during peak seasons. Once the package receives its first scan, it usually arrives within about a week. If your tracking link still does not update after seven days, please email us at info@antdesignofficial.com and we will investigate.
Although most packages shipped through our free postal service arrive within four weeks, occasional delays can occur. As long as the tracking shows that the parcel is still in transit, the best course of action is to wait a little longer. International shipments must clear both export and import customs, and during peak periods this process can sometimes take up to one month.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check your porch, mailbox, and with your neighbors. In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before the actual delivery takes place.
If you still cannot locate the package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation. As the recipient, you are in the best position to work with your local delivery driver or post office to locate the parcel using their GPS delivery records.
Once you have contacted the carrier, please reach out to us with your carrier case number or any official update they provide. We will then assist from the shipper’s side of the investigation.
Please note: In order to issue a replacement or refund, we must receive official confirmation from the carrier that the package was misdelivered or lost. If the carrier cannot verify the loss, or if the tracking and GPS records confirm that the package was successfully delivered to your address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement unless a formal police report for stolen mail is provided.
