Once your order is confirmed, it will leave our Spanish workshop within 72 hours (we ship Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping options vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. All international postal shipments—both paid Standard and Free service—are fulfilled via the Spanish postal service Correos and take approximately 7–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email; if the tracking site doesn’t update right away, don’t worry—your parcel is already on its way. It can take 2–3 days for new shipments to appear in the global tracking system.
We feel that you will love our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from antdesign.com, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- The item must have been purchased directly through our official website and returned in its original, unopened packaging with all contents.
- Items showing any signs of wear (e.g., clip scratches on a knife) cannot be accepted.
- After 30 days we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Return shipping costs and any applicable duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
How to return an item
- Pack the item in its original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
- Include the original online packing slip/invoice and a brief note stating your reason for return.

If you chose FedEx or UPS Express for shipping, the tracking number can sometimes take up to a week to start working during peak seasons. Once the package receives its first scan, it usually reaches you within a week. If your tracking link still doesn’t update after seven days, please email us at info@antdesignofficial.com and we’ll investigate.
Although most packages shipped with our free postal service arrive within 4 weeks, occasional delays can occur. As long as the tracking shows the parcel is still in transit, the best approach is simply to wait—your package is moving through the network. International shipments must clear both export and import customs, and during peak periods this process can sometimes take up to one month.
