Once your order is confirmed, it will ship from either our Spanish or U.S. workshop within 72 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. If your order includes items from both locations, they may ship separately. We’ll email you a tracking number for each package as soon as it’s on the way.
Shipping options vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Depending on item availability, your order may ship from Spain or the U.S., and items from different locations may ship separately.
If your parcel ships from Spain: it is sent via Correos direct air service, typically arriving in about 7–9 business days. You’ll receive a destination-country tracking number by email. It’s normal for tracking to show limited updates during the international flight; scans will begin after the parcel lands in your country and clears customs (in most cases usually within 2–3 days).
If your parcel ships from the U.S., it will be sent via a U.S. carrier’s international service. A tracking number will be emailed once dispatched, and transit time will vary by destination and the service selected at checkout.
Customs & Duties: To provide a seamless shopping experience, we take full responsibility for all customs duties and taxes on the packages we send to you. As a customer, you will absolutely not have to pay any customs fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

Please note: If you need to exchange a product, you must first return the original item to us (Spain). Only then can we send you the replacement!

- Items showing any signs of wear (e.g., clip scratches on a knife) cannot be accepted.
- After 30 days we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Return shipping costs and any applicable duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.

If you chose FedEx or UPS Express for shipping, the tracking number can sometimes take up to a week to start working during peak seasons. Once the package receives its first scan, it usually reaches you within a week. If your tracking link still doesn’t update after seven days, please email us at info@antdesignofficial.com and we’ll investigate.
Although most packages shipped with our free postal service arrive within 4 weeks, occasional delays can occur. As long as the tracking shows the parcel is still in transit, the best approach is simply to wait—your package is moving through the network. International shipments must clear both export and import customs, and during peak periods this process can sometimes take up to one month.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check your porch, mailbox, and ask your neighbors first. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before actual arrival.
If you still cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. As the recipient, you are in the best position to work with your local delivery driver or post office to locate the parcel based on their GPS drop-off data.
Once you have contacted the carrier, please reach out to us with your carrier case number or any official update they provide. We will then step in to assist you with the investigation from the shipper's side.
Please note: To issue a replacement or refund, we must have official confirmation from the carrier that the package was misdelivered or lost. If the carrier cannot verify the loss, or if the tracking and GPS data confirm it was successfully delivered to your address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement without a formal police report for stolen mail.
