It doesn’t glow
Hi,
You can take a photo in a darker environment to check whether it is glowing.
You can also look up some information online about the brightness of tritium tubes. Ice Blue falls somewhere in the middle of the eight available colors in terms of brightness, while Green is the brightest.
Please check it under the proper lighting conditions rather than simply concluding that it doesn't glow.

This is my second titanium keychain glow fob and all I can say it’s a great item to have on your set of keys. I recommend this product and the company to all who like cool stuff.
*Note: in my opinion the green glows the brightest.

a couple of them didn't survive transport and thought my Geiger counters was on the fritz until I opened the container, extracted 4 of them that seemed okay, but a few of the others my GMC600Pro does not like too small to know if they're cracked or damaged, they still glow okay, but would definitely put some padding in the tin they come in. otherwise these work pretty good for the application on my cases I needed, just a little bummed about a few of them.

We take product quality seriously. Our tritium vials are shipped in sturdy metal cases with protective foam cushioning and security seals. We have never received reports of vials being damaged during shipping, so we believe transit damage is extremely unlikely.
If the foam or security seal was missing upon arrival, the package may have been opened by customs.
If the vials continue to glow normally in complete darkness, this generally indicates they are functioning properly.
We have already emailed you requesting photos of the vials and packaging, including photos taken in darkness, so we can verify the reported damage.
We are happy to resolve any genuine product issues once verified.

I bought the keychain with a couple extra tritium vials and I love it the green is really bright and the purple looks really good also I’m going to buy a second one.

Really well made and finished, however the first pill I went to put in there were too big. Upping the diameter by a few mm would have made all the difference
Ant Designs quick release EDC keychains are the very best I have found. While small, they hold vet strongly and I have no worry about them separating. On the other hand, they are supremely easy to disconnect in a natural, fluid motion. They also reconnect easily and securely.

cool mini version of larger glow fob that looks the same. good machining and look. Yellow is little dimmer then other yellow i have but not bad.

Just got in today. Just wanted a little something to add to my small titanium key arrangement. Felt like this was a good idea to give me a little something extra and really its perfect. I know the blue is a bit dimmer than the green but im thinking it may have been too bright. It's barely making the cut in luminescence but love the look and that it can bust a window if I ever needed to. I'm a large person so may just remember the tool in my console.

One of my favorite little tools to gift to coworkers. Incredibly helpful for keeping anything key-ring-oriented easily accessible without the confines of a retractable cable or something similar. Way more use out of this!
Great little tool, perfect for edc. Only problem i have is that the custom tritium vials I ordered came incorrectly.
