Product design

Engineering

We develop the structure behind the design, including mechanisms, assembly methods, tolerances, dimensions and production details, to make sure the product works as intended.
Prototyping
Before moving into production, prototypes allow us to validate the design in the real world. We evaluate:

From concept to production
Our development process is straightforward. Six stages, and you can join at whichever one matches where your project stands today.
Idea
Tell us what you want to create. It can start from a sketch, reference, CAD file, existing product, prototype, or simply an idea.
Design
We develop or refine the product concept, focusing on form, function, materials and usability.
Engineering
The internal structure, mechanisms, assembly and manufacturing details are developed.
Prototype
A physical prototype is produced for testing and evaluation.
Refine
The design is adjusted based on prototype testing and manufacturing requirements.
Production
Once the final design is approved, the project moves into production, finishing, assembly and quality control.
