Processing Time
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that processing time is separate from the transit/shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options for you to choose from. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the method you select.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We are proud to provide international shipping. The specific cost and delivery timeframe for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Customs & Duties: To provide a seamless shopping experience, we take full responsibility for all customs duties and taxes on the packages we send to you. As a customer, you will absolutely not have to pay any customs fees or hidden charges upon delivery.
However, if you choose to return an item to us, you are responsible for any return customs duties or taxes. We do not cover import duties incurred when a returned package re-enters our country. Any such fees must be paid by the customer in advance, or they will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's journey. If you do not receive a tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Delays
While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, customs hold-ups, or carrier network disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
Packages Lost in Transit or Damaged
We take responsibility for packages that are damaged or definitively lost while in transit. If your tracking has stopped updating and your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the expected delivery date, or if your item arrives damaged, please
