Not great Administration

Great product. Works well. Seems very well engineered. However to be charged two lots of postage for two tiny items which weigh next to nothing and which were shipped in the same small padded envelope rather took the shine off the purchase for me. I did contact AntDesign about this thinking it was just an admin error but sadly have received no response.

Remarkable!

This little device allows keys to engage and disengage easily from a keyring. Well made, in various colors, the Q1 surprised me in how well it functioned – drawn together by magnets but kept in place by a snap. It is quite clever! In fact, I'm so impressed I'm intending to buy a number for gifts for others. Well done!

Love the Q1. Been waiting for this for years. Very convenient. Great device. However here are some suggested improvements. The small retainer rings can be hard to attach or remove. Maybe add a tool to make it easier. Also the magnetic base sometimes you need wiggle it or push at a different angle to engage it. Not an issue for the most part. Waiting for Ant to introduce new products or attachments for the Q1.
