I ordered 4 and replaced steel ball bearings in my 2 favourite spinners. One is very smooth, the other is a bit more noisy and rattles. Might just need a little breaking in. This isn't uncommon with other bearings also. Good bearings, less friction so better than typical steel ball bearings.
